Box breathing is a paced breathing exercise, following a set rhythm. It can help you to minimise stress and give simple moments of self care.
How to use this tool
The idea is to do each action for the full length of the word animation or the number countdown (default 4 seconds).
Follow the wording to inhale, exhale or hold.
The timing will automatically start 2 seconds after loading the page.
Don’t worry if you miss the start, just join in when ready or use the Play/Stop controls.
Inside Options you can change the timings of the pace.
